My work recognizes that career outcomes and well-being are connected.
Through Black Ecstatic Experience, I bring together career development, resilience education, mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and reflective practices to help people navigate workplace stress, career transitions, burnout, and professional growth.
I create practical, inclusive, and human-centered learning experiences that support individuals in building resilience, strengthening self-awareness, managing stress, and sustaining meaningful work without sacrificing their well-being.
For organizations, workforce programs, and policy offices, this means supporting the people who make systems work—from employees and frontline professionals to job seekers, community members, and emerging leaders.
The goal is not simply to help people get to work. It is to help people build sustainable careers, healthier workplaces, and lives that allow them to remain engaged in the work they care about.
In 2024, I was recognized as one of the Top 15 Career Coaches for my commitment to helping individuals build greater clarity, confidence, and purpose in their professional lives.
